As a Shift Leader, you will set the standard for store operations, leading the team to ensure the Starbucks Experience shines through. Working alongside baristas, you will deliver exceptional customer service and expertly crafted products in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Your leadership will inspire your team, foster a supportive atmosphere, and enhance your own leadership skills.

Summary of Experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments.
Basic Qualifications
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Compliance with store policies and standards related to beverages and food safety.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a role involving constant customer interaction.
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes.
  • At least 6 months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating with others.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to lead and direct team members.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tasks.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail and food service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
