Your Role: As a Shift Leader, you will train and operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, ensuring that we achieve our sales growth targets while upholding the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and develop the crew with a focus on teamwork and success.
- Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to discuss operations, safety, and training.
- Manage labor costs and control inventory to meet company standards.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Create a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing HR, sanitation, and safety policies.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
What We Value: You should be 18 or older with at least 1 year of shift management experience, possess strong leadership skills, and have a cheerful disposition. A valid Driver's License is preferred. We value teamwork, reliability, and a passion for serving others.
