As a Starbucks shift leader, you will set a standard for exceptional store operations that define our Starbucks Experience . Leading each shift, you will work alongside a team of dedicated baristas to deliver great customer service and expertly crafted products. In this energetic store environment, you will have the opportunity to positively influence and mentor your team, maintain an uplifting atmosphere, and develop your leadership skills. Summary of Experience
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Meet store policies and standards, including exceptional beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety/security measures.
  • Six months of customer interaction experience.
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation, following standard recipes or customer modifications.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Quick learning abilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships.
