About the Role:

The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services in Beavercreek, BHA. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The Shift Lead will act as a liaison between management and team members, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise during shifts. Additionally, this role involves training new employees and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Ultimately, the Shift Lead is instrumental in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, addressing any concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they understand company policies and service standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational readiness.
