About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Firehouse Subs - Broadway Village as a Shift Lead. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate crew while delivering delicious, high-quality subs to our valued customers in Lawrence, KS.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.

Manage inventory, placing orders and controlling stock levels effectively.

Assist in cash handling and financial reporting for the shift.

Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and share ideas for improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality food.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
