As a Shift Lead, you will be a role model for our operational standards, contributing to the exceptional Starbucks Experience . You will guide each shift, working alongside a dynamic team of baristas to provide top-notch customer service and expertly crafted beverages. Experience Required:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or food service.
Fundamental Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer-focused position.
  • Prepare and coach the team to create standard or customized food and beverages, adhering to recipes.
  • At least 6 months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team efforts.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to lead others effectively.
  • Quick learner.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with relationship-building abilities.
