About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Sheet Metal Team Lead

• Pay Rate Range: $26-34/Hour

• Location: Plymouth, MN

• Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:30PM-2AM.

• Position Type: Temp to Hire
Sheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Degree or Certificate from a vocational school and/or 5 years of experience
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Able to be cross trained.
4. Follow a production schedule and meet requirements.
5. Provide and recommend training for team members.
6. Provide feedback for team members.
7. Demonstrate leadership qualities.
8. Experience working with press brake and sheet metal fabrication machines including Amada/Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron Brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock with ability to set up and operate.
9. Solid work history.
10. Lead or supervisor experience.
11. Ability to lift 75lbs.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs any combination of tasks to assist workers engaged in fabrication of metal products.
2. Loads, stocks, unloads, and moves or relocates all items as directed.
3. Performs tasks as assigned which also include removing vinyl from metal, using Timesaver machine and deburring parts.
4. Lifts, positions, and moves or relocates items as directed.
