About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Shear Operator
• Pay Rate Range: $18-24/Hour
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM with optional O/T.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 40lbs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming deliveries of sheets of steel
- Driving a forklift
- Cutting sheets of steel into strips using one of two shears
- Accurately recording inventory usage
- Maintaining some semblance of order within the raw material warehouse area
