About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Shear Operator
• Pay Rate Range: $19/Hour
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, M-Th, 6:30am - 2:30pm, and Friday, 6am - 10am.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years' experience operating a shear - Preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to convert decimals into fractions and vice versa.
- Ability to differentiate metal types and thickness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player.
- Able to work Overtime when necessary.
- Will to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates.
- Able to lift 75lbs repeatedly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting up hydraulic shears
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned.
