The anticipated salary range for this role is between $115,000.00 and $205,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description SMBC is in process of leading a Digital Transformation across our Americas Division as we continue to modernize our technology, focus on our data driven approach, grow and plan for the future. As a result of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform developer position located in our Jersey City, NJ location. In this position you will need to understand all facets of SharePoint and Power Apps development, administration, and be able to support the company SDLC process. This includes gathering business requirements, developing solutions, creating test cases, application lifecycle management, production support, and customer support. In addition, there will be a knowledge sharing aspect to the role as the company is in the early adoption phase of the Power Platform. Role Objectives: Expertise Application development in accordance with best practices. Administration of environments. Troubleshoot production issues and assist with production support. Analyze business requirements and create design specifications for new applications and enhancements. Test, debug, and refine application code based on specified requirements. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Provide feedback to team management to ensure development/project deadlines are met. Participate in knowledge sharing with other developers beginning development on the Power Platform. This will include development of canvas and model driven apps with numerous data sources such as SharePoint, Nintex, Oracle, SQL Server, and others. Qualifications and Skills 5-7 years of application development experience using the SharePoint, REACT and Power Platform SharePoint Online and On Prem application development SharePoint migration experience Power Apps Canvas and Model driven apps Power Automate and Nintex forms and workflows Power BI Dataverse and Microsoft Dynamics DAX, JavaScript, React, C , and Typescript Connectors Sharegate Application security Data governance Application monitoring Experience working with waterfall or agile methodologies Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience It would be helpful if you have experience with: Data modeling Azure AD Azure Storage PowerShell Azure DevOps Logic Apps Data Factory Dataflows Power Apps Data Gateways Additional Skills: Strong communication skills.
