Description
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking an experienced SharePoint & SaaS Tools Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the organization's SharePoint environment and key SaaS platforms. This position plays a vital role in enhancing collaboration, implementing governance and security policies, and ensuring the efficient integration of SaaS solutions. The administrator partners with business and IT teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals, continuously improving system performance and user experience.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of the AAA's headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
Compensation
New York, NY:$96,000 - $102,000
This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering and designing SharePoint environments.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platform administration, integration, and lifecycle support.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, governance, and workflow design.
- Experience managing SaaS applications, user access, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) (preferred).
- Experience with additional collaboration or content management platforms (preferred).
- A proactive, innovation-focused approach to system administration (preferred).
