Location: 100% in Ft. Meade, MD

Pay Rate Range: $110k-$130K - weekly pay on W2 Project Description: Performs coordination/deconfliction of CI operational activity conducted by the Military Department CI Organizations (MDCO) that impact the Command's area of responsibility. Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Performing configuration, administration, and development of SharePoint and JIRA/Confluence content management systems.
Develop, stage, and test SharePoint solutions
Configure collaborations sites, manage site access and user controls
Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Performs administrative SharePoint duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security management.
Performs web application development duties that involve software development utilizing multiple programming languages to include, but not limited to, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C /VB.NET. SharePoint and wed development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint). Selling Points: Flexible hours (ability to work 4x10 hour shifts), long-term contract Requirements: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI or higher security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
3+ years of relevant experience w/ a Bachelor's Degree (additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree)
Familiarization and use of Javascript and HTML is a plus
Industry certifications/trainings are a plus but not needed
