Saalex Corporation is seeking a SharePoint/Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance business efficiency and workflow management. This role requires proficiency in SharePoint development and RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar), ensuring seamless integration between automated processes and enterprise collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and enhance document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development & Administration:
  • Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and governance policies.
  • Develop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Site and Branding on SharePoint platform or using Live Tiles solution.
  • Build landing pages, department templates/pages, newsletters, banners, and videos accessible to any device.
  • Implement, deploy, package, and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.
  • Use SharePoint Framework SPX to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
  • Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap, or responsive design for all devices.
  • Create web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
  • Migrate data from SharePoint Online to SP 2010/2013/2016 using Sharegate, Quest, or Metalogix migration tool.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
  • Implement Power Automate flows for seamless process automation across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint users.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint security and access controls.
  • Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Identify repetitive business processes and develop automation scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Configure bots, workflows, and scripts to automate routine tasks, integrating with enterprise applications and data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring performance, scalability, and security compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • 4+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including building workflows, forms, and custom solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, and SharePoint Online/On-Premise.
  • Experience in scripting and programming languages such as Python, C , JavaScript, or VBA.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, REST APIs, and data integration methods.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning integration into automation workflows.
  • Experience in working with DoD or government contracts
  • Relevant certifications, such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Microsoft Power Automate Certification, or SharePoint Certifications.
