Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience using SharePoint Online/O365 and 2+ years of Experience into SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.
• Experience with Stakeholder Management and understanding end - end business applications and business data flow.
• Strong Experience with building webparts, components and extensions using SharePoint Framework and React.JS Model.
• Strong Experience with creating Out of Box SharePoint Online Modern Webparts, Content Types, Hub Site Architectures, SharePoint Online Search and Features.
• Strong Experience with creating Power Automates (Cloud and Desktop Flows), Canvas Apps and Power BI Reports.
• Strong Experience with Online PNP PowerShell.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must have expertise in building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
• Support and develop custom lists, sites, and document libraries, understanding taxonomy and SharePoint branding customization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and implementation plans.
• Expertise in C , Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe and the .Net Framework.

• Manage the development and implementation of robust web services using ASP.NET Core 6 and Rest APIs.
• Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application support and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new technical staff.
• Following best practice secure coding guidelines, such as OWASP, the team's coding standards.
• Remediate bugs, defects, and functional non-conformities in custom developed application software, currently used within the customer scope of applications (Legacy
• Applications).
