The SharePoint Developer and Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Microsoft SharePoint Online and related technologies, as well as providing graphic design support to enhance strategic communications and presentations. This role ensures effective utilization of SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and business process automation, while creating compelling graphics, infographics, and data visualizations.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage SharePoint Online environments.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint governance policies and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance and security.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Develop custom SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide technical support and training for SharePoint users.
- Create infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Design slide decks, presentations, and supporting graphics.
- Ensure consistent visual identity and brand adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand visual requirements.
- Support the development of strategic communications materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Military training and experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired: - Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience working with Army networks and classified systems.
- Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or similar.
- Experience with advanced SharePoint customization and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Army-specific IA requirements and procedures.
