R- Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contract Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the execution and management of service contracts. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between vendors, internal departments, and the contracting organization to ensure that service delivery aligns with contract requirements, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service contracts and vendor coordination. Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with established SLAs. Support the preparation, review, and execution of service contracts, task orders, and modifications. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documentation in accordance with organizational and federal standards. Collaborate with internal departments such as facilities, procurement, finance, and IT to coordinate service delivery. Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing; validate charges against contract terms and deliverables. Prepare and deliver regular contract status reports, compliance summaries, and performance scorecards. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and processes align with FAR, DFARS, or agency-specific regulations. Identify and help resolve service delivery or contract compliance issues in a timely manner. Basic Qualifications TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant experience in contracts administration, compliance, procurement, or business operations. Basic knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, administration, and close-out processes. Understanding of contract compliance requirements, including DFARS and FAR regulations. Experience supporting customer and subcontractor relationships. Ability to analyze contract terms and identify key obligations, risks, and opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or related field. Working knowledge of DFAR Business Systems compliance (Property and MMAS), export regulations (ITAR/EAR), and international contract considerations. Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing customer and subcontractor contracts in a federal or defense contracting environment. Familiarity with subcontractor diversity programs and cost management practices. Hands-on experience with contract management tools or systems (e.g., CLM software, ERP systems). Knowledge of intellectual property management and its relevance in contracts. Strong understanding of risk management principles and change management practices. Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), NCMA CPCM, or equivalent. EC-DAS Original Posting: June 6, 2025
