Job Description
  • Manage and administer 5 SharePoint Site Collections.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to design and develop SharePoint sites, navigation, and collaboration workspaces.
  • Create and maintain reference guides, and provide SharePoint training to non-technical users.
  • Monitor and archive outdated content, proactively updating SharePoint sites as necessary.
  • Respond to SharePoint change requests and clarify issues for resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the KM Framework, adapting workflows and procedures as the organization grows.
  • Promote the use of Knowledge Management tools and processes to enhance knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of training on KM tools and best practices.
  • Identify challenges to KM adoption and develop strategies to drive cultural change and improve the overall value of KM initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries in SharePoint 2016 and/or SharePoint Online.
  • 2+ years of experience administering SharePoint permissions, including creating custom permission groups.
  • 1+ year of proven experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies or delivering related solutions.
  • Experience creating custom workflows in SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Superior customer service attitude and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
