Job Description Please Note: - 100 % remote position to assist State of Hawaii in USA
- Onsite is required only in case of urgent support
- Maximum upto 300 hours in a year
- Normal business hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time, Monday through Friday. After hours falls outside the Normal business hours
- After hours support may be needed
About the Role:Assist the Client on an as-needed basis: through online, email, on-site, and/or phone support in the following areas:
- Maintenance of SharePoint Online applications (Analyst/Developer support) including:
- Troubleshooting and resolving time-sensitive issues through testing and interaction with users.
- Assist in upgrades of the SharePoint Online sites from classic to modern look.
- Analysis, including documenting the problem and recommending alternatives.
- Administration of SharePoint online environment (Administrator Support) includes:
- Assisting in Site Collection administration of the DOT site.
- Assisting in resolving system issues.
- Planning of tasks based on the work assigned and estimating costs to complete the assignment.
- Training information technology staff and end-user staff. This includes creating and updating current technical and training documentation.
- Document all resolutions to tickets, when requested by State IT staff.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations: - Support for trouble calls and other unexpected problems will include normal business hours as well as after-hours when the need arises.
- Support Windows for normal business hours:
- For severe problems acknowledgement, must be received by telephone within one (1) hour at most, and contractor must be able to respond on-site or remotely within two (2) hours.
- For less severe problems, telephone service must be provided within four (4) hours, and contractor must be able to respond on-site or remotely within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Support Windows after normal business hours:
- For severe problems acknowledgement, must be received by telephone within two (2) hours at most, and contractor must be able to respond on- site or remotely within four (4) hours.
- For less severe problems, telephone service must be provided within eight (8) hours, and must be able to respond onsite or remotely within twenty-four (24) hours.
Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS - At least eight (8) years SharePoint Online system administration (Site Collection Administration) and development experience.
- At least eight (8) years maintaining and upgrading (classic to modern look) sites in a SharePoint online environment.
- Working experience using Infowise Ultimate Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate and other development tools used in the maintenance of SharePoint Online applications.
- Working experience in Migrating SharePoint data using Sharegate.
