Key Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Providing SharePoint support to users, including creating and maintaining libraries, lists, forms, apps, pages, and navigation.
- Implement functional features in the Knowledge Center Portal based on requirements gathered formally and informally through interaction with users and personnel.
- Manage SharePoint permissions via M365 and SharePoint groups.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to SharePoint requests.
- Design SharePoint site and page templates, layouts, documentation, training documents, presentations and other related material.
- Perform all types of administrative and development support as applicable to the agency's SharePoint needs.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solutions to SharePoint sites. All findings, recommendations and actions shall be reported in the Monthly Status Report.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online.
- Preferred 3-5 years of SharePoint administration and support experience.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in related fields, but not required.
