As a member of their administrative team, you will play a key role in managing calendars, deadlines and projects to ensure each day runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, including coordinating meetings, events and both international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review relevant documents such as briefs and filings.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain organization of all client related records.
- Manage all meeting logistics, prepare all meeting materials and meeting space in advance.
- Assist with answering phone calls and drafting written correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients, and anticipate needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:
- Administrative experience. You have a minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant experience in professional services or government relations.
- Educated. A Bachelor's degree is required for these roles.
- Microsoft skilled. You can operate seamlessly on all the applications of the Microsoft Office Suite.
