Job Description We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a leading precision manufacturing team. This role involves setting up and operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses ranging from 95 to 1000 tons. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality metal parts with close attention to detail and a commitment to safety and productivity. This is a physically demanding position requiring stamina, focus, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Set up and operate mechanical and hydraulic metal stamping presses
- Adjust machine settings including speed, feed rates, and cycle times
- Position and secure materials using fixtures and guides
- Perform visual inspections and use check aids to ensure part quality
- Track and record production and scrap counts accurately at the end of each shift
Qualifications and Requirements: - At least 3 solid years of work experience in setting up and operating stamping presses is required
- Strong visual inspection skills to evaluate cosmetic parts for OEMs
- Ability to lift 5-50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent attendance and safe work habits and reliable transportation is required

The base salary range for this position is $20-$23, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
