ServiceNow System Administrator ( CSA) 5-7 years of IT Asset management ( ITAM)

- Creating/importing IP Ranges into the tables and alignment with discovery schedules
- Responsible to perform stakeholder meeting, workshops for identifying infrastructure sources need to be fed in CMDB
- Assist CMDB team, HAM, Internal Asset management groups
- Leading for end-to-end Service Asset and configuration Management (SACM) operational and implementor on Service Now Module
- Creating/Importing IP Ranges into the tables and alignment with delivery schedules
- Responsible to perform and present Service Now Asset findings
- Organize workshops to identify asset Service Now Infrastructure source gaps
- Support end-to-end SACM operational and implementor on ServiceNow Module
