We seek a ServiceNow Solutions Architect who excels at optimizing processes, reducing complexity, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-centric, efficient workflows in ServiceNow that provide real value to our internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize your process engineering expertise to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop low-code solutions that address real challenges and expedite processes.
  • Establish feedback loops and advocate best practices to drive adoption and ensure the long-term success of platform improvements.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, promoting user proficiency and confidence in the platform.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, adhering to a "QA and Security First" approach throughout your work.
  • Quickly troubleshoot issues while working independently, contributing to a high-performance engineering culture.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in delivering enterprise IT solutions, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in ServiceNow development aligned with business objectives.
  • 3+ years in creating seamless, intuitive ServiceNow user experiences and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM, IAM, and enterprise service delivery practices.
  • Strong knowledge of full ITSM Pro capabilities, focusing on maximizing employee engagement through digital tools.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications (e.g., CAD, ITSM) are a plus.
  • Agile mindset with experience in automation frameworks like Integration Hub and ATF.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
