- Quickly troubleshoot issues while working independently, contributing to a high-performance engineering culture.
Qualifications: - 8+ years in delivering enterprise IT solutions, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in ServiceNow development aligned with business objectives.
- 3+ years in creating seamless, intuitive ServiceNow user experiences and interfaces.
- Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM, IAM, and enterprise service delivery practices.
- Strong knowledge of full ITSM Pro capabilities, focusing on maximizing employee engagement through digital tools.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications (e.g., CAD, ITSM) are a plus.
- Agile mindset with experience in automation frameworks like Integration Hub and ATF.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
