Program Overview About The Role Peraton is looking to fill a critical role for a ServiceNow Solution Architect. As ServiceNow Solution Architect and AIOps SME, you will be: Extremely knowledgeable about topics related to architecture, optimization, and staffing a complex ServiceNow implementation.
You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, and automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and ITIL processes.
This role will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for identifying and enabling Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives on existing and new programs within the business sector, specifically using ServiceNow.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years of experience with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years of experience with Ph.D
US Citizenship
Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI
2+ years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure related to ITOM and/or observability solutions
2+ years of ServiceNow hands-on developmentDesired Qualifications: Open to providing mentoring to ServiceNow developers and leading a Center of Excellence (COE) across all sector programs
Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified
Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams
Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
Experience applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team
Experience using Kanban to improve flow on support teams.
Advanced Education & Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Technical Expertise & Tools:
Experience with ITOM and observability tools and capabilities, and the data that they generate
Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence
Experience engineering solutions with:
Cloud-based technologies including AWS and Azure
Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
