Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee implementation of modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
- Ensure platform architecture aligns with best practices and enterprise governance.
- Design and review data models, integrations, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Define roadmap for ServiceNow enhancements and upgrades.
Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect role within ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and CMDB.
- Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/ITOM) preferred.
