Job Description:
Job Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
Work Schedule: 3-5 days in office
Rate: $50 on W2, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software application testing standards and methods.
- Expertise in developing Test plans and Test cases using specifications and design documents.
- Experience in Manual/ Functional testing for ServiceNow
- Experience in UAT testing for Service now
- Automated testing is big plus
- Expertise in Unit testing, Functional testing, Regression testing
- Experience in defect and bug tracking using
- Experience/ Knowledge in incident reporting using Service Now
- Experience in Analysis of the Business Requirement, Software Requirements Specifications and Interface Specifications. Heavy interaction with users.
- A plus if you also have any previous experience as a Business Analyst.
