Job Title:ServiceNow Product Manager II
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months of contract (No end date)
Job responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews to obtain an understanding of customers' business challenges and/or objectives.
- Create and manage the backlog of features, ensuring they are in alignment with customer success criteria and desired outcomes
- Assess business value and prioritize features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
- Continually make recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings
- Provide support to product owners ensuring user stories are properly prepared and executed
- Work with stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing priorities
- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and improve user experience and business outcomes
- Communicate progress toward milestones as features are released into production.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in application features and capabilities.
- Participate in standups, planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives
- Work with cross-functional teams, to build, enhance and manage a set of products using Agile software methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to define new capabilities, partner on proof of concepts and approach to deliver
- Foster collaboration with team members to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments
- Exhibit active listening, facilitate sessions, and clearly communicate at all levels
Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience creating, prioritizing and recommending features/user stories for ServiceNow Products.
- 2+ years' experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal and HRSD products and capabilities
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team
- Demonstrate strong communication skills including written and oral skills
- Excellent presentation skills with one-on-one, with small and large groups
- Team players with proven ability to collaborate and work within team and across functional teams
- Expert relationship management, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills
