One of our clients in Chantilly, VA needs a ServiceNow Platform Administrator position.
- Position: ServiceNow Platform Administrator position
- Location: Chantilly, VA
- Clearance: Secret
Position Responsibilities: - Platform Administration: Oversee all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including monitoring health, performance, and usage.
- Documentation & Policies: Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and processes for operating the platform.
- Issue Resolution: Anticipate issues and formulate solutions; provide troubleshooting and support.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, testers, support engineers) to implement technical solutions.
- Maintenance: Manage self-hosted ServiceNow instances, patch cycles, and updates.
- Production Support: Assist with environment troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile Scrum processes (planning, testing, demos, retrospectives).
Position Requirements: - Experience: 7+ years in relevant roles, with experience in large enterprises and cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Compliance: Meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD and SecDevOps processes.
- Strong interest in agile software development and delivering software in short sprints.
- Ability to contribute to program architecture and standards.
