Job Summary - Enhancement Activities - technical configuration and workflow enhancement support and deploy additional application functionality
- Guidance on solutions and alternatives
- Assist with knowledge transfer to support teams
- Perform data migration as required
- Support configuration and customization efforts
- Service Catalog: create/modify catalog item(s), create/modify approval workflows, create/modify order guides
- Develop/evaluate/update workflows
- Automation for various application support processes
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Engineer
- Must be proficient in ServiceNow Modules and APIs and have a strong desire to leverage ServiceNow for Automation
