We're on the lookout for a ServiceNow Engineer who thrives on optimising processes, simplifying complexity, and delivering outstanding user experiences.


In this role, you'll lead the charge in shaping and refining how ServiceNow supports our business operations, making it more intuitive, efficient, and impactful for our users across the enterprise.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Design user-friendly, efficient workflows in ServiceNow that deliver real value to internal stakeholders.
  • Use your deep process engineering skills to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Partner with business units to create low-code tools that solve real problems and speed up processes.
  • Build feedback loops and promote best practices to ensure adoption and long-term success of platform enhancements.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to users, promoting platform literacy and confidence.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and maintain a "QA and Security First" approach across your work.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly, work independently, and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

What You'll Bring:


  • 8+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development aligned to business goals.
  • 3+ years creating seamless, intuitive ServiceNow UX designs and interfaces.
  • Expertise in ITIL/ITSM, IAM, and enterprise service delivery practices.
  • A strong understanding of full ITSM Pro capabilities and how to maximize employee engagement through digital tools.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (required); additional certifications a plus (CAD, ITSM).
  • Agile mindset and experience with automation frameworks like Integration Hub and ATF.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
