Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Locals Only

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management modules. The role involves configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and ensure alignment with IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert in ServiceNow Discovery, including creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, and sensors for internal requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Service Mapping features and functionality.
  • Proficient with network protocols (e.g., SNMP, WMI, SSH).
  • Knowledgeable in CMDB structure, data relationships, and aligning discovery data with IT service management processes.
  • Collaborate in the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow instances, including platform upgrades and testing.
  • Document system and application architectures.
  • Familiar with Agile frameworks and ceremonies (e.g., standups, review, refinement).
  • Develop and optimize ServiceNow application software to automate business processes.
  • Support development, prototyping, proof-of-concept creation, and production environments.
  • Act as level 3 escalation for Service Desk incidents, handling direct customer contact and triaging incidents.
  • Participate in Agile/Kanban team activities, including SCRUMs and after-hours release support.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by managing risks within the Bank's risk appetite.
Technical Skills:
Must Have:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
  • Ability to align discovery data with IT service management processes.
  • network protocols (e.g., SNMP, WMI, SSH).
  • Experience with full CMDB implementation and configuring Discovery and Service Mapping.
Nice to Have:
  • ITIL v4+ certification.
  • ServiceNow CIS - SPM.
  • ServiceNow Now Mobile.
