Primary Skills: ServiceNow Development (Expert), JavaScript (Advanced), ITSM/ITIL (Intermediate), APIs (Advanced), DevOps Expertise (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Seattle/SanDiego/Santa Clara office (Onsite) Pay Range: $50 - $57 per hour Job Summary: Join an industry-leading enterprise software company as a ServiceNow Developer integrating DevOps practices to revolutionize corporate process management. This role involves crafting and executing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, enhancing automation, and ensuring robust system integration and stability. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to pushing the boundaries of cloud-based enterprise management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement DevOps methodologies to boost automation and deployment efficiency, ensuring system stability. Work closely with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution deployment. Develop scoped applications leveraging the full capability of the ServiceNow platform. Support and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems utilizing MID servers, REST web services, and SSH actions. Maintain and create API and data integrations between ServiceNow and various services. Must-Have Skills: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances At least 2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are required A rich knowledge of both ITIL and ITSM disciplines is required ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications are nice to have Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs Knowledge of infrastructure services spanning servers, storage, network, security and cloud.
