Senior ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer to take on a vital role in our IT service management ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing powerful solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management. - Innovate by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to address business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and turn them into impactful ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts to maintain seamless platform performance and handle complex technical challenges.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Enhance our ServiceNow environment by proposing and implementing improvements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Manage development projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Implement and manage ITOM processes such as event management, discovery, and service mapping to optimize IT operations.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules, enabling effective IT asset tracking and management.
What We're Looking For - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) or ITAM (SAM, HAM) modules.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, platform architecture, and best practices.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing projects, mentoring developers, and making critical technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
