Description OVERVIEW iTech AG is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to support our federal government contract. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, and develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Configure the ServiceNow application.
- Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
- Assist in the migration of the changes to production.
- Assist with technical design and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Three (3) years of experience with development in the ServiceNow platform
- Exposure to providing support to code migrations through multiple environments.
- Experience with Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - ServiceNow CAD certification
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- ServiceNow CSA certification
SECURITY CLEARANCE - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
