Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in configuring, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow implementation to meet digital transformation goals. You will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, propose solutions, and deliver value through enhanced ServiceNow functionalities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
  • Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Dashboards, and tool integrations (e.g., Elastic, Netcool).
  • Support application upgrades, business process flows, and ticket/order management capabilities in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrate with other platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply UI/UX requirements to ServiceNow development.
  • Support data migration, CMDB integration, and documentation best practices.
Requirements

Location: Fort Meade, MD 100% onsite Full time

Basic Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance required.
  • Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
  • 4-8 years of professional experience or 2-6 years with a related Master's degree.
  • At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience and upgrade knowledge.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL.
  • Experience with JIRA, Git, Confluence, and AWS.
  • Background in DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
