Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and certified ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in implementing modern modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and Performance Analytics, and will bring deep expertise in scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices.

Configure and customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and App Engine.

Work with integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID servers.

Implement workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Configure and maintain Service Portal widgets and UI Pages.

Contribute to implementation of newer modules: ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management), HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize performance and maintain coding standards using best practices and ServiceNows guidelines.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage tasks via JIRA or equivalent tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation.

Experience with Integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO).

Strong UI/UX customization experience using Service Portal and Service Catalog.

Experience in developing and customizing Scoped Applications.

Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, ATF, etc.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:
Certifications in ServiceNow Application Developer, ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Mobile App Builder, or AI Search.

Familiarity with platform upgrades and instance management.

Experience with Domain Separation and Multi-Tenant Architecture.

Exposure to Agile/SAFe frameworks.
