Position: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Mode: Fulltime

Job Responsibilities

• Around 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
• 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps)
• Troubleshooting to resolve Incidents, SR and Cases
• Administration experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications
• Experience in performing Upgrade testing and Skip Object resolutions.
• Experience in Code Migrations and update set management.
• Experience in Instance clone, troubleshooting during issues.
• Data Load and Data mapping Experience
• Integration methods and knowledge in troubleshooting during issues on Security and access area
