Job Description

We're hiring for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst in Seattle, WA. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Identify, gather, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Identify and evaluate business processes, workflows, and roadmaps.

Create and maintain data-driven reports to support business decision-making.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and communications with business stakeholders.

Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.

4+ years' experience working with ServiceNow products, i.e. GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM, previously VRM).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow, i.e. how it works out of the box, industry best practices, etc.

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum.

Strong documentation experience.

Passion for continuous improvements and process optimization. Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR).

Understanding of security frameworks, i.e. SOX, NIST, etc.

Solution design experience within ServiceNow.

Previous experience working for a "Big 4" company, i.e. Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC. null
