Detailed Description of Services:
• Captures customers' and service providers' ServiceNow requirements into stories, helps to solution the approach, and support the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
• Collaboration in designing, developing, and working with IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform
• ssist in the documentation of processes and procedures and supports the creation of ServiceNow solutions
• Construction of agile stories and tests configured functionalities end to end as soon as they have been developed
• Supports and creates project documentation
• ssis in the development and delivery of ServiceNow related training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staff
• ssists delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers on the ServiceNow Platform
• Develops strong business cases and ROI calculations to justify and measure the business value delivered by enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, automation, optimization, or quality improvements.
• Helps negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members
• Other duties as assigned
