Pay: 65-75/Hr on W2
USC and GC

• Responsibilities:
o Lead the ServiceNow platform
o ct as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow
o Provide leadership to the business on platform functionality
o Guide CSDM implementation
o Recommend best practices for CSDM maturity
o Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and advise on leveraging them

• Current State and Goals:
o Current CSDM stage: Mid-stages
o Objective: Bring CSDM to completion
o Identify gaps and recommend improvements
o nalyze current configurations and suggest next steps
