ServiceNow Architect - IRM - Contract - NYC, NY - $101.21 - $105.10/hr.

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect - IRM in NYC, NY.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the IRC Module.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documentation.

• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration tasks.

• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new features and functionalities.

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

• Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.

• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and enhancements.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

• Strong expertise in integrating the IRC Module within ServiceNow

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

• Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Consulting experience

• Experience developing presentations and presenting to senior management
