Role:- Service Now Architect Location :- Minneapolis, MN (Remote)
Contract - 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years CSM experience
- 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
- Leads the overall design of the solution taking into consideration key dates and targeted business goals
- Helps stakeholders understand the technical path and roadmap for ServiceNow applications and platform
- Steers stakeholders away from over-customization
- Provides guidance on how the OOTB solution could fit needs and provide sustainability
- Understands the platform capabilities in relation to stakeholder requirements for the project
