Job Title: ServiceNow Architect - App Engine Platform Location: Iselin, NJ FTE/CWR
Key Responsibilities - Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow App Engine platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient LCNC applications using ServiceNow.
- Development & Implementation: Lead the development and deployment of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and platforms to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, processes, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Good to have Experience - Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM
- Experience in working on Performance Analytics
- Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt. and Orchestration use cases.
- Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
Academic and Professional Experience - 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required
- 10+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics
- Certified System Admin
- CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
