ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident,
Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines
Industry and project experience of 8+ years with ServiceNow
Experience of significant Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines
Good understanding of ServiceNow capabilities
Strong experience working with ServiceNow platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM,
GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery)
Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, Integrations.
Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub.
Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies,
database design schemas and data modelling
Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage development teams, customers and stakeholder expectations
Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, migration as well as ServiceNow Integration with
Third party system.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
