We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance our automation capabilities through advanced scripting and integration techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, train, and enhance foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages, focusing on improving co-pilot features for accurate and context-aware automation support.
- Conduct regular evaluations and feedback loops to refine LLM-based integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Fine-tune models using techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to optimize ServiceNow's scripting capabilities, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
- Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), leveraging advanced techniques for data manipulation and workflow automation.
- Optimize existing scripts and workflows to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability within the ServiceNow platform.
- This is not a ServiceNow admin job, but a LLM trainer job in the context of ServiceNow development with a focus on ServiceNow scripting.
Job Requirements:
Tech Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications using ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong experience on at least one module other than ITSM like HRSD/ITOM/CSM/ITAM/FSM etc. Any module specific CIS certification will be preferred.
- Experience in creating and modifying ServiceNow based technical requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, with expertise in advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
- Experience with ATF testing, ServiceNow REST API, and the ServiceNow SDK are desired.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve scripting solutions based on performance metrics and business needs.
