ServiceNow Analyst with Security Clearance

Candidates will need to be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Clearance Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Analyst to support a long standing contract with the VA and GSA. Your work will support a product that will help these customers transform and deliver Human Resources Services. This Analyst will provide advice and expertise to help improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure, and strategy. This is a hybrid role reporting on-site once a week in Herndon, VA. Requirements Needed: Bachelor's Degree Experience working with ServiceNow 3 - 5 years Excellent customer relationship management skills including ability to lead requirements gathering and grooming conversations with clients Strong analytical skills; ability to research ServiceNow HRSD issues and provide solution recommendations Engage with different client audiences including working groups, leadership, and end federal product users regarding various technical and non-technical toipcs such system process improvements, requirement definition, and change management Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support Compensation and Benefits: $120,000 - $160,000 depending on years of experience - including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, sick leave if required by law This job opens for applications on 6/2/2025.
