Job Description: The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform. This includes managing workflows, implementing ITIL processes, and integrating ServiceNow with other internal and external systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and test integrations with external systems and databases. Apply ITIL-based processes for Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Ensure ServiceNow platform instances are running efficiently, and troubleshoot any performance issues. Required Qualifications: Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow environments. Certifications: Security+ required, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Experience with ITIL processes and integration development. Top Secret Clearance IAT Level 2 Desired Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
