We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Information Technology team for a ServiceNOW Administrator.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, growing, and making a tangible impact on how we deliver technology services at CohnReznick. As a ServiceNOW Administrator, you will help shape the firm's day-to-day and strategic use of the ServiceNOW platform an integral component of CohnReznick's IT operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
ServiceNOW Platform Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and support core ServiceNOW modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change).
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security.
Workflow & Process Optimization:
- Customize workflows, forms, and service catalogs to align with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and improve user experience.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security, applications) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of ServiceNOW solutions.
- Provide input on platform roadmap and strategic enhancements, in partnership with senior IT leadership.
- Work with vendors, 3rd party partners, and other influencers in our ServiceNOW environment to help us with installation of plug-ins, adding new functions, and meeting the objectives of the organization.
Troubleshooting & Incident Response:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to the ServiceNOW platform, including performance and configuration problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or vendors as needed, providing clear documentation and timely follow-up.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, service levels, and platform usage.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about ServiceNOW releases, new features, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the platform.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your skill set.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or 1 year equivalent experience may be substituted for each year earned towards a Bachelor's degree.
- ServiceNOW Administrator certification or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
Professional Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience working with ServiceNOW or a similar ITSM platform in an administrative or support capacity.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) is a plus.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of basic scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNOW is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to other ITSM tools (e.g., BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) is helpful but not required.
