At our modern, technology-driven automotive shop, we're looking for a Service Writer Manager to lead our front office and service team. This pivotal role is the heartbeat of our business - keeping the shop organized, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the team to success.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate the front office and service team to meet and exceed sales and service goals

Manage daily workflow using digital systems to ensure technician efficiency and timely vehicle completion

Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and internal communication to keep operations running smoothly

Deliver exceptional customer experiences from drop-off through delivery

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency

Implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth

Coach and mentor service advisors to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Monitor KPIs and service metrics to ensure consistent execution

Stay up to date on industry trends and customer service best practices

Who You Are:

A confident, capable leader with excellent communication skills

Honest, organized, and committed to operational excellence

Experienced in independent auto repair 5+ years preferred)

Comfortable managing people, processes, and customer relationships

Customer-service focused and solution-oriented

Familiar with using workflow platforms, CRM tools, and digital inspections

Skilled on the phone and in person - you're the voice and face of the shop

What We Offer:

Pay: $85,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience and performance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of customer service experience (automotive preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Independent shop experience strongly preferred

Solid computer and digital system proficiency
