Service Technician

Position: Service Technician Location: Dickinson, TX We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Dickinson, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for performing equipment repairs, calibrations, conversions, field service, training, and product demonstrations both in-house and at customer locations. This position requires up to 40% travel, including visits to offshore sites. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair tools both in the shop and in the field Perform in-house calibration and maintenance of tooling equipment Accurately document service activities and parts usage in the company's computer system Provide hands-on field support, including tool operation, customer training, and troubleshooting Assist with toolbox fabrication, inventory management, and provide backup support to other departments as needed Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and scaffolding Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including offshore assignments If you're a dependable technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.
